Politics everywhere.

juz wondering is there an inverse relationship between more knowledge gained in school and interpersonal relationships. Is it that the more knowledge u gained in school.. the poorer will be ur interpersonal relationships?

i see that in my office. Backstabbing one another. Putting on a fake mask and putting on a fake smile. omg. its so scary~~~ i dont get it why muz there be politics in the office? why is there so much to gossip about everyday?? its all about conflict management and the way u handle relationships with people. i think my company should send all of them to organisational behaviour or conflict management classes so as to eduate them better~

the finance manager is sooooooooo calculative~! omg. i couldnt believe it.
she actually scolded me for things like claiming 10mins overtime pay!

and i cannot believe that i'm paid for working 10 mins overtime~! ha ha.
so if i'm paid $6 per hour. so 10 mins will be $1~! omg. i got scolded for the $1 spent.

so ridiculous~!
